North Bay Condo Culvert

    A culvert under Oak Bay road was directing storm water onto the walking path and subsequently down the driveways and into the condo's.  A catch basin was installed at the east side of the culvert under Oak Bay road.  Piping was installed to carry the water down to another catch basin next to the Condo's  where the system was mated to an existing drainage system.  The project was completed in the year 2003 at a cost of $13,070 with the Condo association reimbursing the District $3,477 as their share of the project.
